RCAP Humanoid OnStage League

RCAP CoSpace Humanoid OnStage is a new RCAP competition that aims to develop students as interdisciplinary learners by bringing together STEM, the arts, and AI literacy. This educational robotics performance event combines humanoid robots, artificial intelligence, virtual environments, and performing arts in a shared CoSpace environment spanning both the real and virtual worlds.

Teams create original stage presentations in which humans, autonomous real humanoid robots, and virtual robots interact through speech, gestures, music, dance, storytelling, and other creative forms of expression, assisted by AI tools. A key requirement of the event is the meaningful interaction and communication between real and virtual elements.

The competition offers an accessible and inspiring platform for K–12 students and beginners to explore robotics, creativity, and AI through hands-on experience.
